Hanson of Sonoma is a family-owned and operated craft

spirits distillery in Sonoma, California. Hanson produces a line

of organic, grape-based vodkas with Scott and Judy Hanson

(parents) and Chris, Brandon, Darren, Alanna (adult children)

actively involved in the business.

 

 The family grew up alongside the farm-to-table movement in the

San Francisco Bay Area, experienced the craft cocktail scene in

California and New York, and gained craft distillation training in

Europe. This exposure and passion inspired the Hansons to build

their own craft distillery  and tasting room in Sonoma wine

country, with a focus on straight and flavored vodka.

COCKTAIL RECIPES

DIRTY MARTINI

Ingredients

  1. 2 ½ oz Hanson Organic Original Vodka
  2. ½ oz Trincheri Dry Vermouth
  3. Splash of Smoked Olive Juice
  4. Garnish with Organic Castelvetrano Olives

Directions

Rinse a chilled glass with Trincheri Vermouth. Add Vodka and Olive Juice into a mixing glass filled with Ice. Stir, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 2 Castelvetrano Olives.

CUCUMBER GIMLET

Ingredients

  1. 1 ½ oz Hanson Organic Cucumber Vodka
  2. 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Organic Lime
  3. ½ oz Organic Agave Nectar
  4. Garnish with Organic Cucumber & Sprig of Mint

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with Ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled coup glass. Slap Mint and Garnish with Cucumber Wheel.

SPICY BLOODY MARY

Ingredients

  1. 2 oz Hanson Organic Habanero Vodka
  2. 6 oz Tres Agave Organic Bloody Mary Mix
  3. 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Organic Lemon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with Ice. Pour between tins and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with Olive, Celery, Pickle or Crispy Bacon.

Ingredients

  1. 1 ½ oz Hanson Organic Mandarin Vodka
  2. 2 oz Fresh Squeezed Organic Grapefruit
  3. 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Organic Lemon
  4. 1/2 oz Organic Agave Nectar
  5. garnish with Fresh Grapefruit Twist

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin filled with Ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with Grapefruit Twist.

  2. 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Organic Meyer Lemon
  3. ½ oz Organic Agave Nectar
  4. Garnish with Meyer Lemon Twist

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a stemmed glass. Garnish with Meyer Lemon twist.
